I could see using the Master-Cleanse drink every morning for breakfast (or before breakfast). But when you are doing a big Liver Flush , all day you avoid foods and herbs that stimulate the liver. Your saving up all that bile for the big flush in the evening. Does that make sense?If not, I can explain it further : )~emily
