They are different. Different dilutions, and not the same exact pathogens in both.

I'm surprised to find products from both companies online, because they are usually only available through ND's.

I probably would do one for a month, wait a few weeks, and then do the other one. Viruses also affect the spleen..but one thing at a time with the homeopathics. It was ok to continue taking the herbal's too.

>>Drops are normally administered under the tongue (sublingually) in amounts ranging from one to 10 drops. This is usually done three times each day.
The actual number of drops should be determined by a health professional. A “rule of thumb” would be to start with 5 drops and then after one week, increase to 10 drops. In case of sensitivities, reduce the dosage. For very sensitive people or animals, the drops are sometimes placed on the wrist or behind the ear.
It is recommended that each dose be administered on an empty stomach and held under the tongue, without swallowing, for a minimum of 30 seconds. No food or liquid should be taken 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after the administration of the desired dose.

The following recommendations should provide best results:
• Take no food, caffeine or mint by mouth 15 minutes before or after administration
• Avoid cigarette smoke
• Avoid camphor or menthol
• Avoid RAW GARLIC while on homeopathic therapy
