Hi Zapp,

The Kefir milk I use is the real stuff, no starter kits, etc. I will look into the oat and rice brain. I just don't understand why over two full months of drinking Kefir and taking FOS would I not see some kind of progress. The only thing I can think of is my colon is a problem. Have you heard of the Virgin Coconut Oil Detox or the Castor Oil Flush? I've heard these will get Candida under control. I don't know what else to do. None of the usual stuff that works for people is working.
