Hey... So I am dealing with and overly acidic condition. the trick here is that I am completely raw... and i've even taken sweet fruit out of my diet. I eat lots of lemon and lime juice on my salads... with some olive oil...

I take the Dr. Young bicarbonate concoction and put alkaline drops in my water... which helps bring my ph up... i take cloroxygen as well... but last night i missed one of my bicarbonate drinks and in the morning i was completely acidic again... were talking 5.

I don't like to have to take all these things to keep my ph up... all the time.. I feel like my body is not learning how to raise it's own ph... but why am I so acidic???

it was found recently that I have a cyst on my ovary and i have thickened walls of my Gall bladder... my red and white blood count is low as well as my blood pressure is generally low. I am working with a natropath but even she is a bit curious as to why i am so acidic...

So could it be that my body does not take to well to this raw diet... i've been doing it for a year and a half now... or could it be a yin yang thing... so much alkaline is making me acid...??? anyone have any ideas suggestions... opinions... help...
