I'm wondering what would happen if I do the Master-Cleanse for a half a day just to end it with a Liver Flush? Instead of eating on the day of the flush, just drink the lemonade.

Like, lax tea at night, lax tea or SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning. A few glasses of Lemonade throughout the day and then proceed with the flush/epsons.

Anyone ever try this? Any idea on how well it would work?


I'm planning on doing another long fast..but have noticed that after a couple days, I start feeling something going on in my liver area like a minor twinge or cramp. So if citrus encourages movement over there for me, could I get a few more stones out by doing the flush on day1 and then proceeding with the fast the way it should be done?

Any thoughts?
