No manufactured probiotic of any quality or brand will "replenish", "replace", or "restore" ones idigenous friendly bacteria to the gi tract. Probiotics can and sometimes do ameliorate some of the symptoms of dysbiosis, but they cannot implant and will dissapear in a matter of days from the large intestine upon cessation. If a probiotic manufacturer claims otherwise, they are either lying or misinformed.
