Namasté dear one,

I appreciate your sentiment and continued support. Your spirit alone has been very comforting. We purchased a BP monitor today from Walmart (well my husband did). I have been in bed all day, except when I got up to bathe (tub bath, soaked in epsom salt). I have manage to sleep, if you can believe that. I have a lot of drainage, seemingly from my sinuses (generally, I do not have sinus issues) and my nose is running quite a bit now. I try not to swallow the drainage because it is nasty in thought and it makes me vomit.

My BP @ 3:00 PM CST was 111/70 and my HR was 84, both of which are normal. This was a relief in itself.

I am going to lie back down now, feeling a bit fatigued.
