For a start, I would suggest making your own raw sauerkraut (recipe on her site) & nix the milk products (along w/wheat) as they may feed candida & further stress your liver. The sauerkraut helps to detox the liver, provides enzymes & probiotics naturally. Store bought is expensive, salty & often pastuerized or heated...so, making your own is easy, inexpensive & high quality....just be sure to use organic cabbage, Celtic Sea Salt & unchlorinated water.
