Thanks for your fast response... I'll look into the bitters.
Do you see anything wrong with eating plain yogurt mixed with flax oil..? I'm concerned to take too much oil if the liver is working overime as it is, but perhaps essential oils are fine..?
I also need to take something to build mucous - i heard horsetail is used for this. Anything else that will help?
