With love and heartfelt sincerity, I thank you for all the time you have taken to exchange and share with me. I am resonate with what you have shared with me and I have prayed on it and feel good about it.

One note of feed back: Last night was the first time I have gone to bed before 6 AM, since the fast began. I got to sleep around 1 AM and I slept quite peacefully due to your sipping warm water advice and it was also VERY helpful with the nausea too. It was like stumbling upon peace in a world that was feeling mighty turbulent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I feel re-energized to plow forward. No vomiting this morning, but I have only been awake for about 10 minutes. The vomiting usually occurs within an hour of waking, so I will let you know by mid-day or late evening, what things look like ;)
