You can experiment with this if you do not believe me but the better your diet before the cleanse, the less cleansing symptoms you have. The worse your diet is, the more cleansing symptoms you have. Also during the show, he would say to people "don't do the crime if you can't do the time." Don't do it. So if you do not want the pain that you are feeling then don't take caffeine.
