i don't eat peanutbutter because it has hydrogenated oils in it. in fact thats probably a major portion of what you're eating while consuming peanut butter.

hydrogenated oils are probably one of the worst forms of food that exists. i do believe it contributes to acne, as it worsens your overall health, which will affect your hormonal balance and is extremely difficult to process. it's up to you what you choose to eat. you could see if eliminating it helps. this is just advice in the interest of helping you. if you feel in your heart it's that good for you then keep believing it. with thinking like that, don't let anyone tell you anything, and keep enjoying your acne.

it sure tastes great, i'll give it that.
