Hello, Recently I've developed a problem that i think is sciatica. Whenever i step on my left foot and bend down to pick something up or getting up from bed or a chair or smth i feel a sharp pain around my waist/low back/hip(left side. I would like to ask if there's anything i can do to get rid of this annoying ailment. All help&advice greatly apprecieated.
