especially if you have a congested bowel, and particularly your six amalgams. You see, if you have mercury in your system, that causes candida overgrowth, which causes acne.

Eating hormone free meats and cheeses is really great, but again....doesn't change the underlying issue of a toxic bowel. You must get the gunk out. Liverflushing ALONE rarely cures acne. It's usually a combination of MANY things.

I hope at least you try to get a series of colonics. You absolutely MUST do an enema or get a colonic after every flush, or you WILL get bad breakouts.
