from what i have gathered from reading various forums and other sources, Acne is a sign that your organs of elimination are over taxed, thus the body also overuses the skin to eliminate toxins. the toxins however clog and irritate the skin. more cleansing is indicated. consider a kidney cleanse, and colon hydryotherapy... also, changing to a natural soap (no animal fats or chemicals) that does not clog the pores like most soaps.
