Thanks for the link. Luckily, she made us videos detailing how to make all her good cooking !! Mostly "slovenian" but she did a polish one too. the trick with the potica is to get the dough spread all over the table, after that, its easy. I used to just eat the walnut paste plain by the spoonful.
