Sorry to see those numbers have gotten you down. A couple thoughts on that:
+ or - whatever constitutes a good LDL number for you, rest assured that the Liver Cleansing you've been doing has been for the overall benefit of your health;
this may be too late to suggest to you, but try not to focus so much on just one aspect of your health, especially a number aspect that at best may be only a relative indicator of your health condition;
to be honest, while I've done several Liver Flushes during the recent couple years, I was not aware that improvement of LDL numbers was a reason for doing flushes.... this is news to me is all I'm saying;
compared to liver flushing, herbs provide a natural, simpler and less invasive ways to improve HDL & LDL numbers. Compared to pharma meds, these ways do not exchange one health risk/hazard (bad numbers) for a different risk/hazard (regular intake of manufactured chemcial drugs).
I'm no expert but Garlic is one of the best if not the best natural remdies for removing arterial plaque build up that also helps to increase HDL which in effect lowers the ratio. Bear with me here, its been a good 6 years since I was regularly plugged into mainstream medical apparatus, but I seem to recall that when it comes to cholesterol numbers, the ratio of HDL to LDL is a main focus.... just saying that concentrating solely on the LDL number is not the only way to approach this. If you increase your HDL while the LDL remains about the same, effectively you've improved the ratio.
There are numerous benefits to using garlic to imnprove one's health, and tghere are multiple ways to take / use garlic. Some of the benefits may be more prominent depending on how you take it. For instance, cooked garlic still provides some overall benefits, but as far as cleaning out your arteries, you'll probably get best results with raw garlic, followed by tinctured garlic. The latter is not as natural as raw, but is a far sight more natural than taking pharma meds.
Get some garlic. Mainstream store bought will probably be okay but be aware that much of today's produce sold in USA is irradiated upon import from China. If there is a store in your area that caters to truly organic health food, you might get some good quality garlic there. Get some and take it raw, maybe starting out with chewing one or two cloves a day, perhaps one in the morning then one in the evening, then work up from there especially if your are foreign to raw garlic. A trend I've noticed is that people have been conditioned to stay away from garlic because of the apparent social issues attached to the odor of garlic. To me, even if there is some validity to this issue, health is an issue far more important than what other people might be thinking about me..... which is to say that such an issue is a non-issue to me. As such this is the kind of garlic hazard/ris worth accepting compared to more socially accepted methods such as mainstream Statins.
Since you've been focusing on the liver for a while now, maybe its time to expand your efforts into other areas and organs. Since LDL is a measure of specific stuff in your blood, you might consider cleanses that focus on that area, like kidney cleansing, juice fasting and an overall increase of raw fruits and vegetables in your daily diet while overal decreasing the use of processed / cooked / denatured foods/meats/dairy/etc. There are also several other herbs that are specific to cleansing the blood, to include Red Clover and Sassafras.
Last suggestions is that in addition to adding garlic to your body, you might also add some other herbs that are good for the heart, good for circulation and therefore good for your blood; ginger ; cayenne ; hawthorn berry. For instance, lets say you do start using raw garlic on a regular basis. You'll then want to compliment this by adding some natural substance that will help your body to circulate and eventually expel all that loosened up plaque so that it gets out of your body rather than just floating around loose to maybe end up attaching somewhere else. The kidneys and bowells are the two most likely exit points for such gunk. This is just another way of saying that cleaning other areas of your body besides the liver might be a good thing to do to.
Best of luck to you.
