I hear ya, people just want to take a pill and think they'll be better and not try natural healthy methods. I don't get why some people don't realize that what they eat is affecting them in a negative way (or they do and are just lazy). They think eating healthy is too hard. Damn comfort food why do you have to taste so good? ....damn taste buds! DAMN MSG!!!
