Personally, i have been taking pro-banthine tablets and they seem to have been helping a little. They help with people with excessive sweating plus they are good for people with IBS. Have you been to the doctor about IBS? Man, im glad that some people on here have the same as me and can asscosiate with me. Im glad its not in my head.

I dunno if the holding it in when we were younger thing might be connected but it seems tht way. I used to hold it in all the time for some reason but i stopped around 16(in 22 now) and havent experienced this problem until 18 months ago. Ive tried a lot of things but i know there is a way we can get through it togeather and i know tht some doctor must know what we are talking about.

I honestly feel sorry for people who have had to deal with this without the internet to give them tips etc and thinking it was just them.

Im glad i have found this site, and these people who i reguard highly.
