We'd go all day, bring the kids out and lots of other families would too, there was a nice playground and lots of space for them to run around. And a big kitchen serving wurst, roast beef, lots of "ethnic" foods, and a huge nice waxed dancefloor. Beers are just 50 cents. There was also a separate house which had a bar where the non-dancers could hang out, basically something for everyone. Various family members would show up. Then there were the bands, Trebar, Miskulin, Yankovic, Timko, Sonny Knaus. Never any riff raff, just nice people having fun.
