I talk about high quality Sugar - from vegetables.

Vegetables support the body with low amounts of Sugar in high absorbable form. Starches and refined Sugar should be absolutely stopped.


What other foods do you eat? What consist your daily meal?

What do you think about red beet, radishes and blended salads?
