Don't feel bad, its not a big deal. The real value of Andreas' book isn't really the flush instructions, which don't differ too terribly much than The Clark Flush . But, the real value of the book lies in the background, the explanation, the living advice, and info relating to what to do in conjuction with the flush. Andreas put a great deal of work into the book, which is obvious when you check it out. just posting the flush instructions from the book would do a great injustice by omitting all of the background info (which is way to lenthy to post anyway).
