The slow release of Sugar into blood and food with low Glycemic index, is this the answer in your opinion?

In brief so the acceptable decision when you have candida is to keep blood Sugar under control(not low and not high) with low Glycemic foods?

And what is the total amount of Sugar that you take per day?

What do you do for colon cleanse? What is your opinion?
