I don't remember if only distilled water should be used for the ionic foot bath??? I took my first one last night and the water was very clear after 30 minutes... I used 1/4 t. celtic Sea Salt . Afterwards I went immediatly in to sit in my one person farinfrared sauna. I'm fixing to do another ionic footbath but with 1/2 t.salt to see if that makes a difference. Also, if adding baking soda, how much is best?
