I know for me I use to get something similar before I got cleaned up. I found it linked to sugar. When ever I would have alot of sweets ie...pop/candy.... My joints would start aching. My chiropractor always use to say sugar is a drug, and to stay away from it!!!! I read one juicing book that said Celery juice helps with arthritis.
