Muscle testing can show dosages needed. That's how the ND checks me for how much I indicate I need of each supplement, and then he marks off a chart for me for taking them through the day.

Newport had dowsed and told me I had had a massive lead dump, and needed 3 triphala every hour. One of the indicators of a Lead dump is bowels stop working normally. It took me 2 days of the triphala and I also added the ascorbic acid too, before I knew my bowels were right again, and Newport re-dowsed for me and said I was ok.

You also know when you've had a massive lead dump because of how you feel..kind of woozy, and very tired.
