Hi Intothewild - Your condition is probably caused by bowel toxicity. I recommend you transition to a healthy, high-fiber diet if you haven't done so already. Bowel cleansing would be a good next step after that. You can learn more about this in "Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care" by Dr. Bernard Jensen .
