it is not very common, but I have seen it enough to tell you that there is a strong association. The key appears to be the body's anti-inflammatory response, and if that is week with adrenal fatigue, then the post nasal drip, along with other inflammatory reactions,are common. Quercetin and bromaline in high doses can be very helpful. something like Allerdim from supplementClinic.com
