Depends on what kind of Tapeworm too. People think of Tapeworm as being the long, segmented things, but the most common Tapeworm is no longer than 1 1/2 inches.."loves Lead and lives off of bile" (Dwarf Tapeworm). Plugs up bile ducts.

The "Clark Cleanup", with the Coq10, ozonated olive oil, and L-cysteine, is meant more for the dangerous Hydatid Cysts, from the Echinococcus tapeworm.
