Hi,

I take calcium supplements and Ester C, which also contains calcium. I eat a healthy Diet with a lot of vegetables and whole grains. I did not use a lot of magnesium oil. Besides, according to the book Transdermal Magnesium Therapy by Mark Sircus, the body absorbs only the amount it needs. If that is true, there cannot be any overdose.

However, I still suffered dry skin. Why?
