I had a tooth extracted on Monday and the surgeon told me I had a small opening into my sinus cavity. What he did was cut the gum, flapped it over the hole left by the tooth, and stitched me up. No pain so far, no draining. It cannot drain into my mouth cause my tooth hole is closed.
