I asked about what to use to take out this stuff
I found this cleanse.
Not promoting anything.
Just showing some ingredients in one product that suppose to
help the lungs.

DIRECTIONS:
Shake Lung Cleanse well before using. Mix 5 full tablespoons (75 ml) with juice or water and take once per day on an empty stomach. Take every day for seven consecutive days. Refrigerate after opening.

Each serving contains:

Green Tea (Leaf)
Has been used throughout history to improve ailments such as allergies, arteriosclerosis, asthma, cholera, colds, congestion, coughs, depression, diarrhea, digestive infections, dysentery, fatigue, hangovers, hepatitis, migraines and typhus. This strong antioxidant enhances immune function. The active ingredients (polyphenols) promote immunity from many different pathogens, including protozoa, viruses and bacteria. Green tea fights free radicals, the chemicals now thought to be the most important cause of cell damage and aging.*

Caraway (Seeds)
Is a powerful antiseptic and also helps to remove mucus from the lungs. Caraway is very useful when used with other herbs, strengthening, yet modifying their actions.*

Chrysanthemum (Flowers)
This herb has immuno-supporting properties. A great herb for combating bacterial and viral infections and improving respiratory conditions. Nourishes the lung tissue. Most effective when combined with Honeysuckle flowers.*

Codnopsis (Root)
Is used frequently in Chinese medicine to improve the function of the lungs and the spleen. It is thought to revive the entire body as a whole. The Codonopsis Root is used to clear mucus and aids in the treatment of asthma, emphysema, COPD and shortness of breath.*

Honeysuckle (Flowers)
This herb has broad spectrum immuno-supporting (immune boosting) properties and is a natural antibiotic. Honeysuckle is used by herbalists to detoxify and clear away toxic substances, to kill or inhibit the action of germs and help to reduce coughing, sore throats and asthmatic symptoms, especially when combined with Chrysanthemum Flowers.* .*

Lomatium (Root)
Lomatium has been used as herbal medicine for cough and upper respiratory infections, including tuberculosis and smoking related conditions (just as effective for non-smokers).*

Pinellia (Rhizome)
Pinellia is particularly beneficial for chest conditions. It relieves coughs and cuts through mucus, being especially good for sinus congestion and nasal discharge. It is also recommended for asthma, emphysema, and any form of wheezing, which makes it valuable as not many herbs are suited to the treatment of these particular ailments. Pinellia is especially useful when dealing with phlegm and congestion.*

Propolis
Is free from any side effects and has been in use for at least 3,000 years. Propolis can be summed up as immune enhancing, protector and healer. Dr Remy Chavin reported: "No other antibiotic has this total result on bacteria". Propolis raises the body's natural resistance to both bacterial and viral infections by stimulating its own immune system. Propolis can build up our resistance to colds, flu and other infections, and is able to mitigate the worst effects of infection, especially protecting the lungs.*

Rosemary (Leaf)
A powerful antioxidant a antiseptic, rosemary is a key herb in European herbal medicine. Rosemary is considered to have potent antibacterial effects and to relax smooth muscles in the lungs.*

Schizonepeta (Whole Plant)
Has excellent antimicrobial and antiviral effects and helps to eliminate toxins. This herb is used to treat symptoms of the common cold: chills, sore throat, and headaches. It helps to lower fever and has an antibacterial action.*

Coltsfoot (Leaf)
Coltsfoot is known as one of the best remedies for coughs and other respiratory ailments. It contains a high percentage of mucilage and saponins which have natural disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effects that ease respiratory problems. *

White Squill (Bulb)
Is an excellent natural expectorant (coughing up mucus and other fluids from the lungs) beneficial for colds, bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory conditions. White Squill is also a tonic for the cardiovascular system.*

Other ingredients: Purified Water
