The senstion of fuzzy ears can be from excess mucous in the eustachian tube to the middle ear. As the body becomes more balanced, this usually goes away.

You can extend the first part of the Plan as long as you need to, and really consider which foods to add back in. Allergies to certain "foods" can create more mucous. Many people add very little back in and just stick to the whole foods that the Plan is based on.

After Week 8, it can be a good idea to stay on 5 Candida Force once a day to keep everything balanced.
