I have IBS so the drs say. I was in so much pain lost 35 lb couldn't eat much. All the symptoms you have probably and then some,it's true.

I decided to heal myself. I found out all I could and i'm still doing it.
I have done 10 flushes, and they havn't all been easy but I feel fantastic now. I don't think I have IBS at all.
I think I might be coming to the end of the stones soon.

I read that once you start to flush and stop you can have worse symptoms than you had before. If that was me I would of flushed again.

My perents flushed twice, and decided not to do it again. my mum said she has stomach problems now. I think she should flush again, but it's her life. I can't make her do it. Maybe one day.

Anyway if it's not for you, then hope you feel better some other way!
