lemon juice is just like apple cider vinegar .

The brand one buy for ACV IS BRAGGS BRAND.

don't try to find vinegar in store for good health.
all it is good for is the last rinse of washing.
to make the clothes soft.

the reason for not buying store kind of vinegars is
cuz it does not have mothers.

I have seen GNC stores have healthy vinegars to buy.

If you don't want to use vinegar you can alter with drinking lemon juice and water or lime and water.

b4 meal, during meal, after meal
all good way to replace the Hydrochloric acid the body
natural has.

When we grow old, we loose alot of functions like the pancreas, maybe our livers, and most definitely this h.acid.

thank God we can supplement this into our system.

I'm not that all knowing so excuse me if I say something not perfect

but how about soaking in ACV and the Epsom Salts .
Maybe sweating out the skin pores urine with an infra red sauna.

I never understood the big deal about chlesterol since our whole body is made of Chlesterol. One doctor tried to tell me chlesterol was bad. I asked him if it is so bad why is our brains made up of chlesterol? He never answered me.

HOMOCYSTEINE I think needs our attention.
