My dad can't seem to get a good night's sleep because he's constantly getting up having to urinate several times per night. He's 64 yrs old and 310 lbs or so. I believe that this is a result of carrying so much weight that it's probably putting pressure on his bladder. He said "all older men" get it and that it's because of an enlarged prostate. I'm skeptical about that because it's what we hear on TV from the pharamas that want to sell us all the prostate drugs. What's the deal with older men having to urinate several times per night? Is there a cure for this issue? Is it really a result of prostate enlargement? Why only at night? He's fine during the day......
