one works. My answer to your question is I haven't got a clue. Does somebody test all these substances in a lab somewhere? I've wondered myself. I can only speak from my own experience. For years I was in contact with a lot of chemicals and what did I get out for weeks and weeks - tons of black specks. Which supposedly stand for heavy metals and chemicals. Now I'm getting mostly brown colour but I was a smoker for years. So it's running very true to form for me. I can't say I "feel" any different but the change in my feet after decades of horrible feet is too strong for me to ignore.

I will keep going until the water runs somewhat clear which is supposed to happen when you're toxin free. And if it doesn't happen, I will report that back too.
