Lyme is definitely something that should be at the top of your list to deal with, it sounds like classic lyme that you're suffering from and possible bartonella as well. Please see a lyme literate MD regarding this!

I'd ignore what the other person said saying that the very mild hyperparathyroidism you have is gonna cause permanent irreversible problems -- that is bs. There's absolutely no evidence that hyperparathyroidism can cause permanent disability.... however it can increase your risk of heart attack and strokes etc. but that is more in the severe stages of hyperparathyroidism... i highly doubt that you have severe hyperparathyroidism... sounds more like a chronic infection instead.
