If she won't drink the water with the iodine, you can drop it on her paw and rub it in. She'll be inclined to lick it off probably and get it inside her that way. Another thought, if she's fond of fish, like sardines or even raw, you could give her some -- 'bout a tsp with a drop or two Iodine on it. She may not even notice the Iodine that way....
