Dear MH,

I love LBB and have faithfully taken 2 with each meal for the past few year. However, this past week, it doesn't seem to be working. I'm having a really difficult time going to the bathroom, and when I go t al, the BM's are hard and dry little pellets. Does LBB stop working if you take it over a long period of time? What can I do to get my body back to normal?

Also, my bottle of LBB is a little old--I found one in the back of a cabinet that I didn't even know I had! The color of the herbs inside looks a little yellow--is this normal?
