During a liver flush, your liver and gallbladder do the same thing they do every time you eat dinner! it just does it a tad more forcibly. There is no reason why it has to be "harsh." I Caution people not to do them too often, like only every 2-4 weeks, but other than that, so long as you take the proper precautions of softening the stones (which never get hard anyways, it's impossible for human fats to get crunchy they only ever get waxy even after decades) and cleansing the bowel aferwards so the toxins don't just sit there, it's a very safe procedure. The worst that can happen is a stuck stone, which is not dangerous because you just flush again, or vomiting.
It cracks me up when people say 'don't do that, it's dangerous!" I mean, what's the alternative then? Get old and decripit, ugly and acne-ridden, brain dead and arthritic, way before our time? Have risky, invasive surgery that removes our soon-to-be defunct gallbladder? Oh yeah, that's good thinking! NOT!!!
cleansing the liver is the fountain of youth. If a major Liver Flush is too scary for now, then don't worry about it. There are plenty of other things you can do to cleanse the liver, and oftentimes these things will bring on a spontaneous flush so that you do expel stones just by doing stretching exercises after eating a high-fat meal! Then you'll see how safe it really is.
Be sure to read the all of the Liver Notes in the FAQ for this forum. When people run into trouble it's usually because they only read one flush recipe and went and did it right away, and that's usually not enough preparation.
Hope that helps! :)
