The only natural AF supplement that I am taking is Seriphos 4 caps 1 hr before bed. I am going to talk to my Dr. about how long I need to be on Cortef and when to taper down. It's really amazing that my BP has dropped to almost normal and the rapid heart rate that I always had has almost completely stabilized.
