Have you tried malic acid ? If not try to consume a bit of apple juice of tart cherry juice. There is a lot of connections between uric acid and fatigue. Everytime I consume apple juice I feel energized and itīs not from the sugars, I would know that if it was.. Apple juice is pretty sweet so I am going to buy cherry juice. Havenīt actually tried it yet but I have read that it is the richest source of Malic acid.
After malic acid, I would try iodine, adequate sodium;potassium, avoid food lectins (google about them, interesting read) - lectins like in tomatoes, beans etc. can make a lot of damage and might cause auto-immune disorders. And ofcourse.. avoid Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) as much as possible :)
