Hi Daocmom, I feel the same way. I understand soo much more about how my body reacts to food and have finally learned that a large percentage of food out there is poison. That is to say, it gets stuck in your liver, makes you feel bad, and you have no idea what's wrong. I too feel much better, though I must have been pretty bad off because I still have to really watch my diet. And I also found out that there is life after losing your GB.
