You might be right about dosing and pricing.
As you know I use the BF&C but I never used it regularly.

Finally I decided to follow the instructions on the bottle, 4 droppers full 3x a day. Then the other day I realized that after sitting behind the computer for some time that when I got up I did not have any pain.
I am planning to keep going for a long time because I don't expect that spinal stenosis will disappear in a week.

Then I also saw a post on Dr.Mom's forum about treating the back problems with BF&C and that reinforced what I am doing now is the right way to go.
