 some of my symptoms are similar to MS symptoms but I do not have MS because my spinal cord has no lesions. Whatever is wrong with me seems to be affecting mostly my arms and legs.

There are so many causes of neuropathy, some generally considered rare except in cases of severe immune dysfunction. To give you an idea of what I mean I found a list of some causes of neuropathy:
