I try to do about 2 P&B shakes a day the week before and the week after a flush. I have one in the am on the day of the flush, but do not take the night time one. That way toxins and the such are absorbed after the flush. Sometimes I see green liver stones two or three days later embedded in the stool.
I try to remember to do a daily shake, but for me, it is more like 3 times a week and that seems a good number for me. And once or twice a year I will not use anything for several weeks.
