Sure, a ut fast during the outbreak would be great. Aside from stimulating the immune system, the fastt would tell you what kind of shape your body is in. ( tho of all the fasting adjuncts, ut fasting is one of the least stressfull).

btw conventional understanding finds the outbreaks lessen as we age also.
