I had your same experience. I recognized good effects of intake of pure magnesium at the end of the day....

But I increased insomnia after the 5th Liver Flush .....my physician detected a bigger " aorta " and he gives to me melatonin....now I'm finishing the cure but very little posotive effects resulted on my insomnia. :

I have another hypotesis maybe I have a bigger stone inside my liver becoause of a very different cleft on my left nose (as per andrea's moritz) he said also that this could affect my heart...

I reduced my intake of magnesium because of melatonin but you reminds me that magnesium could be the cure.....but I eat fresh almond (a lot of magnesium in )


which could be the good diagnosis ?
