I find that sweating during chelation is an absolute nessesity
for me. If i dont sweat i get so many more side effects. As far as constipation are you taking any probiotics.. The knees are a sign of adrenal function. I dont like the mega doses he suggests either. But if your not able to sweat i would lower the dose, purchase the 25 miligram dmsa and cut it in half, and maybe take a longer break in between cycles. Its very common to have yeast flare ups during chelation.
